Appendix A — Limited Use License

All deliverables, communications, analyses, or advisory content originating from WhiteClause are provided under a conditional, non-transferable use license.

Use of this material constitutes agreement to the following terms:

  1. Purpose Limitation

Content is intended solely for use in:

  • Non-coercive strategic planning
  • Institutional communications
  • Research synthesis
  • Regulatory or policy development within a professional or organizational context
  1. Ethical Boundary

This material may not be adapted, repurposed, or deployed in any application that knowingly:

  • Circumvents voluntary participation or informed agreement
  • Obscures material risks related to health, safety, or autonomy
  • Withholds critical context in ways that distort perception or inhibit meaningful choice
  • Supports technologies, interventions, or policies whose risks remain undisclosed to affected parties
  1. Attribution

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, all WhiteClause content is delivered without attribution.
Public reference to the author, brand, or source is discouraged and may constitute a breach of confidentiality.

  1. Revocation of Use

If material is demonstrably used in violation of these terms, WhiteClause reserves the right to:

  • Revoke license and access
  • Decline future engagement
  • Disassociate without obligation to disclose reason or provide remediation
  1. Persistence of Terms

These conditions apply regardless of format, delivery channel, distribution method, or metadata state.

Use of WhiteClause content constitutes awareness and alignment with these terms.
